Fatality

Umm so since I’m stupid could someone kindly explain each step for me like step 3 am i head butting him in the face or the chest?

I think it depends on the height of the person, but I suppose the head is a more effective target. I hope this helps :)

Step 1: Step back the moment he reaches for you.
Step 2: Duck!
Step 3: Head butt him in the chin. It’s very important that it is the chin and not the chest because it is much more uncomfortable and disorienting to have your teeth bang together especially if it cuts his tongue (which it will if it is in the way). More than likely height won’t matter. He will be leaning forward from the missed attempt at grabbing you.
Step 4: Knee him in the balls.
Step 5: When he doubles over, jab him on his back. I believe at the base of the neck just above the shoulder blades would be best. I’m not an expert, but this seems like the best place, imo.
Step 6: Don’t lose contact. Bring your other hand over and slam your hands against the sides of his heads as hard as possible. Right on the ears is the best place; it is extremely disorienting if done correctly. Then take his head and bring it down on your knee as you bring your knee up. It’s very important that you avoid the nose because if you knee his nose it will definitely break and more than likely the bones will stab his brain killing him, so aim for his mouth instead.
Step 7: Keep your knee up and bring your foot out to kick him over. Personally, I don’t like the image because it looks like she kicked him with her toes. You do not want to do that. Instead kick him with the ball or heel of your foot and put power behind it with a push.
Step 8: He is on the ground. You could probably stop here and he would get the picture, but if you really want to…Your leg is still in the air from the kick. With all your force slam the edge of your your heel on his side. It will be more effective if you lower your body first by bending at the knee of the leg your weight is on. Done right, you can break a rib or two.

reblogging again for that^

Thank you.

I need to show this to my mom she (for some reason) thinks suicide is weak and selfish I’ll show her

ok no
Stop. Suicide is selfish. But so is those people keeping you here. Both are selfish acts because one struggles for life and the other forces them to stay against their will. And don’t even act like suicide is okay, because it’s not. It’s weak, but not in the sense that your struggles to survive aren’t hard enough to make you strong, but you’re just giving up. That’s weak. Giving away your life when you don’t know what the future holds is weak. You staying alive? That’s strong, but at the same time it’s selfish when people keep telling you to stay.
You can’t just act like suicide is the number one answer. This post? Isn’t even helping either. Glorifying suicide into making it OKAY is horrible and a lot of you should reconsider your feelings towards this post. Suicide is never the answer, and giving up is weak, but struggling against it is just as hard, you know? What this post is saying is that suicide is alright and it’s not. Your friends and family are going to be god damned selfish if it means keeping you here, because even they don’t know what the future holds, and they love you more than anything in the world. Killing yourself doesn’t make you strong. Staying here does. And while it is hard, that’s how life is. Life was never meant to be easy in the first place. It’s a struggle we all have to endure. You can’t just tell people it’s okay to give up and make them feel like heros. Tell them to keep fighting. You HAVE to keep fighting, okay?
There are going to be days when you feel like walking off a building will solve everything, and yes, no one can be in control of what you choose to do, but just know everyone out there cares about you. There will always be someone out there willing to offer you a hand and take you away before you leap. Because you don’t know what’s gonna happen after you jump, but you don’t know what your future has in store.
Don’t just give up. Giving up is weak. Suicide is weak, but your struggling isn’t. Your fighting makes you stronger. Don’t cloud yourself with the idea that the final moments of your life are the greatest, because you’ll miss so much you won’t know, even if it seems like your life is in a downward spiral. Just realize the difference between “weak” and “strong” here. This post is absolutely disgusting for making people feel as though suicide is the answer. It’s not, and I know it’ll be hard, but trust me.
Your struggling will be worth it in the end, and you don’t ever have to fight this alone.
