Childhood Rivals (Behind the Scene - S01E02 “Flower Power”)

Here are the first minutes of episode 02 “Flower Power”.

The first sequence start with Talia and Iris discovering Auriana trapped in a crystal flower garland, and saving her. Then Iris introducing the flower contest and her rivalhood with Missy since childhood.

This is probably the sequence that we watched the most with the director and the storyboard supervisor, because we used it as a test for all our storyboard team. :) We have dozen of different staging for this scene, which was very useful to see if our team was on the same lenghwave or not, and also show what to do, and what to avoid. 

Second sequence introduces Gramorr in his dark Throne Room, yelling at Mephisto and Praxina. Since it would be a staging we would see again in most of the episodes, we had quite a few back and forth to be sure of how we wanted our villain to look like. 

As always with storyboard shots, you can try to find what made its way to the final episode, and what was changed / removed. ;)
